Dog Grooming
We offer grooming for dogs of all sizes and coat lengths, with packages tailored to short, medium and long coats.
All dog grooming packages include a bath, blow dry, brush, coat spray, nails and ear clean. Long‑coat dog grooms also include de‑shedding.
Dog grooming prices:
Small dogs (1–10 kg): $80–$105
Medium dogs (11–20 kg): $90–$125
Large dogs (21–35 kg): $105–$135
X‑Large dogs (35+ kg): $120–$155
Please note: We do not offer breed‑specific cuts. Sedated grooming is available when required (fees apply).
Specialised treatments and additional extras are also available on request including medicated washes, sensitive skin, flea bath, anal gland expression, fur de-matting, de-shedding treatments, hygiene trim, tear stains, ear pluck and more. Just ask our team!

Cat Grooming
Our cat grooming is designed to be calm, gentle and tailored to each cat’s comfort level.
Cat grooming packages include a bath, brush & comb, nail trim and lion clip.
Cat grooming prices:
Un-sedated Groom – $120 Ideal for relaxed cats who tolerate handling well.
Sedated Groom – $220 For cats who need extra support to feel safe and stress‑free.
Additional extras are available on request including fur de‑matting, de‑shedding treatment, medicated wash and more.
We always go at your cat’s pace to ensure a positive experience. If sedation is recommended, our team will discuss this with you.

Washing your dog
Keeping your dog clean and healthy is an important part of pet care. Washing your dog when needed is a great way to remove unwanted odours and clean away any dirt or loose hair. For dogs with skin conditions, washing may also be part of their medical treatment plan recommended by your vet.
We have two hydro baths available for DIY use during business hours. Alternatively you can book in with one of our friendly staff members to have your dog washed. The hydro baths are operated by credit card or disc of which the discs are available from reception.
The hydro baths or doggy baths provide a warm shampoo flea rinse and blow dry. There is also access to towels and a blow dryer. The room includes two tables with non-slip mats available for use.
Grooming at home
Regular brushing and grooming at home helps to keep your pet’s coat in great condition by removing loose hair and preventing the formation of knots and hairballs. How often you brush and groom your pet will differ based on their coat type, length and recent activities.
Grooming your pet is a great opportunity to check for fleas, ear mites, cuts, lumps or bumps and is also a great bonding activity between you and your pet.
